Read the evidence behind reliability
A relationship, not a public credit report
Understand how a customer pays you using the bills in that relationship. Your own full record and factor breakdown are private; discovery does not publish a stranger’s score or reliability band.
Keep the history beside the assessment
Inspect recent bills, unpaid amounts and changes in behaviour. A new relationship with too few bills is still building a record. Missing history is not evidence of bad payment behaviour.
Rules calculate it. You make the decision.
Ask Praavo can help explain your records; it does not calculate reliability scores. An assessment is not a guarantee of future payment. Check the evidence and correct disputed bills before acting.
