Terms
Last updated 15 September 2026
These are the rules for using Praavo. By creating an account or registering for early access, you agree to them. They sit alongside our privacy page , which explains what we do with your information.
What Praavo is
Praavo helps businesses understand how the companies they deal with behave: whether goods arrive as ordered, whether deliveries and payments happen on time, and how disagreements are handled. It also organises the invoices and ledgers you upload into a clear view of who owes you what.
Praavo is not:
- a lender, and it does not let members lend to each other,
- a place to hold or move money,
- a marketplace for buying or selling goods,
- a public directory where anyone can look a business up by name.
Your account.
- Give accurate details, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Accounts are for businesses, and for people aged 18 or over acting for them.
- Tell us straight away at praavohq@gmail.comif you think someone else has used your account.
What you upload.
Your records stay yours. You give Praavo permission to store and process them to run the service for you, and to use them, combined with what other businesses report, to build the record of how businesses on Praavo behave. That record never shows your bills, your amounts, or who else you trade with.
Only upload records you have the right to share. Do not upload anything false or misleading.
Ratings and disputes
- Rate only businesses you have actually dealt with, and rate them honestly.
- Do not post ratings to retaliate, to pressure someone, or in coordination with others.
- Raise a dispute only for a genuine disagreement about a real bill.
We may set aside ratings or disputes that break these rules, and suspend accounts that keep breaking them.
How to read what Praavo shows you
A band, a rating summary or a suggested limit is a guide based on what businesses have reported. It is not a guarantee about how anyone will behave. Decisions about who to trade with, what terms to give, and how much to risk are yours.
Scores are calculated by fixed rules, never by an AI model. The assistant can explain your records and your standing, but it can make mistakes, and nothing it says is financial, legal or tax advice.
Plans and the early-access offer
Praavo has a free plan and paid plans with more features. The price and payment terms are shown before you purchase a paid plan. The founding offer provides a free year of Pro without automatic charging, under the terms on the early-access page .
Things you may not do
- Try to find out who gave a rating, or to work out another business’s records.
- Copy or collect information from Praavo in bulk, by hand or with software.
- Try to get into accounts or parts of Praavo you are not allowed into.
- Use Praavo for anything unlawful, or to harass or defame anyone.
Ending your use
You can close your account at any time by writing to praavohq@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Praavo accurate, available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Praavo is not responsible for losses that come from business decisions made using it, or from information other members report.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
